Essential Oils Workshop

On Saturday Kirsten from Infuse Yoga & Oils shared her experiences and the health benefits of doTERRA Essential Oils with us. 

We were able to smell, use and breathe in the different oils to feel the effects that they can have on our health and wellbeing. Kirsten took us through the top 10 oils that every house should have - peppermint, lavender, frankincense, tea tree, oregano, lemon, ice blue, easy air, smart & sassy, digestzen and on guard and the different ways to use them - application, breathing and ingesting. 

I have been using doTERRA oils since October last year, and love them. I use oils everyday to help with my emotional wellbeing, and physical wellbeing if I have any injuries or sore spots. I also take the supplements and probiotics that doTERRA has developed, and they are ama-zing!
